Kilka słów wstępu:
Próbowałem przez jakiś czas przekonać mojego brata do gry gwardią, wykorzystując jego zamiłowanie do wojska jak i samej gwardii. Niestety nie udało mi się...  Z powodu różnych czynników zewnętrznych, nie miał czasu na wkręcenie się.
Tydzień temu postanowiliśmy zwieźć całą armię do mnie, abym mógł ją skończyć i przechowywać u siebie.

W międzyczasie, udało mi się na Allegro ogarnąć fajną aukcję i zdobyć co poniżej poniżej połowy ceny GW.

Hello guys!

Let me just quickly drop some background on what's going on here:
I have tried conscripting my brother to play Imperial Guard, knowing his love for military and Imperial Guard itself. Unfortunately I have failed. Due to external reasons he couldn't find time to play and in general 'get into it'.
A week or so ago we decided he's going to bring all the models to my place so I can finish them and keep them off in my Grot's lair.

In the meantime, I have managed to secure a great deal on a local auction site. I have bought three Chimeras, six Sentinels and one Basilisk base. All this for less than half price of GW's RRP.

Potem zadecydowałem, że wykończę tę armię aby nią grać w przyszłości w raportach. Poniżej wszystkie pojazdy...

From there I decided to take over the army and finish it, so you can it in the future battle reports. So, putting all the vehicles together...

No i zacząłem od razu malować. Więc, ku potomności i dla siebie z przyszłości - kolory jakich użyłem do malowania poszczególnych elementów oraz zakończony projekt. MIłego oglądania.

I wouldn't be myself if I didn't start painting. So... for posterity and future me, I will post below colours and progress of the first two Chimeras I have painted. Enjoy!

Guard mass painting continues. I have got ten man squad ready. Pic below.

Nie jestem w tej chwili pewien jak będziemy robić podstawki, więc na razie pozostają szare. Oczywiście nie ma też oznaczeń oddziału, bo też nie jestem pewien jak nowy kodeks będzie działał. Na razie pozostają tak jak są. Oczywiście nie pomalowałem też oczu. Wyszedłem z założenia, skoro nie umiesz czegoś robić w tej skali, to tego nie rób.

Right now we are not sure what colour bases should be, so we are leaving them like they are. There are no squad markings as well, as we have to see what the new book brings. There are no eyes neither. If you can't paint something THAT small, don't do it.

Do you remember my brother's Imperial Guard? Lazy git hasn't painted any models for years. I decided to take care of this army and paint his troops. One evening of work below:

1. Posklejane po obdzieraniu z farby, piaskowane i pogrupowane w oddziały. Nie wiem po co, po prostu tak lubię.
