Orky Love...

OK, so I didn't paint anything for last 3 days. Big whoop! Wanna fight about it? :) But, I opened my long forgotten large army case and found my orkz in there. I got them all out, grouped them into mobz and repacked them. I see now how much work I've got to do to make this army battle ready.

Here are some pics of the orkz at the moment and things I have to do with them. As soon as a unit is finished I will post a pic.

Carnigoth - FINAL SHOOT!

Okey... I've spent some time on this model and now it's done! And I mean it!

I had some progress done today! Hip! Hip! ...

I finished the Carnigoth, painted on some detail, rust and bits.







And that's one Killa Kan almost finished, just need to do some skin on the Snotling and couple of details here and there:







And here I failed :( I tried to do my Mega Dread but went way off scale! But I decided to continue. At least I have an awkward Deff Dread :P

12 days off...

I've got so much time off now, that I decided to write up a plan of what I intend to work on. I got couple projects on my mind so I will just write them down here and keep refreshing them whenever I make any progress:

Project: Mega Dread

I decided! I will build my own Mega Dread... I have lots of reference pictures from Forge World website and I will try to imitate this pure awesomness that this model is. I must say: it is worth every penny! £69 for a huge model like that? Sooo cheap! But, being an adventurous creature I decided to take up the challenge and scratch build it.

Here is the first step. A prototype of magnetic torso or arm mount. I will decide later on where I want to use it. I want this model to be in bits: legs, torso, 2x arms... It needs to fit my army case :)
